We are Emi Morita (Japan) and Robert Iolini (Australia). We make narrative films, music & art about human progress and potential futures. We are currently in post-production for our ART e FACT sci-fi feature film project.

2021

Ikkyu’s Journal Songs – Robert composes a collection of Avant Pop songs based on the Ikkyu character’s personal journal.

2019

Video Art series. Collaboration with Australian artist and poet, Ross Gibson to produce a collection of video art works incorporating Gibson’s active text poetry.

2018

‘Love Song of Geneis Res’ J-Pop song and animated music video commissioned from Nono Nagami and David Nerlich.

2018

I in the 22nd Century Art Installation – An allegorical transmedia narrative about human cultural and biological progress told through a collection of artworks. The project involves commissioning an international team of creatives in order to develop various media content. The team includes an illustrator, songwriter, animator, calligrapher, photographer, 3D modeller, video artist, poet, writer and graphic designer.

2016 -2017

SYNCANDI comic book series. Published as a monthly series of ten digital issues accompanied by ten illustrations available as print posters illustrated by Polish artist Joanna Krótka.

2015

In March 2015 artist, composer, radio producer and filmmaker Robert Iolini, establishes Studio Syncandi as a digital platform to produce and distribute SYNCANDI content.
